When did you get started as a barista and how?
After interviewing for a corporate bank job, in which I told the HR department the only kind of work I'd enjoy doing in a bank would be robbing one, I decided to open a coffee shop.
Who is your mentor in brewing?
I learned brewing coffee under the cruel and unusual tutelage of TJ Fairchild from Commonplace Coffee.
