When did you get started as a barista and how?
I started my coffee career in 2001 working for Dillanos Coffee Roasters. I have since opened my own cafe and am staying deeply connected with the Barista community as the BGA Northwest Chair.
Who is your mentor in brewing?
The entire specialty industry. So many people have passion and information to share.
Where would you like to be a guest barista?
Anywhere Anytime!

What is your favorite shift and why?
any weekend shift. I love the chill weekend vibe. Or any night we have live music.
What in-season single origin coffee are you currently enjoying?
Coasta Rican Las Lajas roasted by Dillanos. Its an amazing pulp natural!
