Symptom: Dripping out the brew chamber outlet before press out.
Troubleshooting: Coffee grounds caught inside of check valve keeping the valve open.
Prevention: Remove the check valve from the cup support and clean check valve of any coffee grounds.
Additional Notes:

Symptom: Unusual force needed to lift or open brew chamber assembly.
Troubleshooting: O-ring seal sticking to the brew chamber.
Prevention: Clean all o-rings, brew chamber and grounds cup assembly.
Additional Notes:

Symptom: Display message "No Heat Tank not Full"
Troubleshooting: First time up message. trifecta™ will prompt instructional messages to brew. The brewer must meet a certain amount of flow counts in order for the machine to turn on the heater after initial start up.
Prevention: N/A
Additional Notes: The message will appear after performing "Factory Blowout" procedure or holding both arrow buttons while plugging in the unit to reset the program to the first time up message.

Symptom: Message "Brew Tank Heating Too Long"
Troubleshooting: Heater relay on greater than 180 seconds. Check for open element and limit thermostat. If components check good, the main control has a relay and triac on the board that supplies the output voltage to the tank heater. Replace CBA.

Symptom: Message "No Flow Counts During Brew"
Troubleshooting: Check main water supply on/ff valve, water filter, inlet solenoid valve (left), flow meter (flow counts) or any obstruction in the line (kink), flow meter and inlet tank fitting.

Symptom:No coffee dispense
Troubleshooting:
1. Check for air leak around the top o-ring during coffee press out or water leak during rinse mode.
2. Combination of dirty filter screen, very fine coffee and very low press out power setting.
3. Check for defective press out air pump.
4. No filter screen in brew cup. Grounds restricting check valve and possibly plugging the vent/drain line to the drip tray.

Symptom: Slow coffee press out or dispense
Troubleshooting: Items to check will be very low press out power setting or dirty filter screen.
Prevention: Ensure recipe parameters are set correctly. Follow recommended cleaning instruction

Symptom: Message "Open and Close Brew Chamber"
Troubleshooting: The message will appear if trying to brew again without opening the brew chamber. If you try to brew 3 times without opening the chamber it assumes the operator actually removed the brew chamber and it must be the brew lock out switch is defective.

Symptom: No turbulence or agitation of brew substance.
Troubleshooting: Check recipe "Turbulence Power" for Off setting. Check for defective turbulence air pump.Check for kink in air line.

Symptom: No rinse
Troubleshooting: Enter level 1 programming and scroll to "2nd Rinse Time" menu. Check for Off setting. Check main water supply and the rinse solenoid valve (right) for operation.

Troubleshooting:
1. O-ring leak
